Created in 2013 for Halloween. This is a recreation of the Little Sister dress from the video game BioShock.
Dress is made from three yards of grey, pinstriped fabric that was dyed dark blue. Collar and sleeves are a white broadcloth.
Accessory was made by my friend who is modeling the costume.
